With the fast development of Sample Group, talented people and personnel training and the inheritance of knowledge and culture have become the key to corporate development. With a broad, long-term and foresighted view, the management of the Group decided to establish Sample (Group) Institute at the 15th anniversary of the company so as to keep pace with the times.
On June 28, 2008, Sample Institute was inaugurated at the 15th anniversary of of Sample Group, marking better conditions for the study and training of people of Sample.
The establishment of Sample (Group) Institute is aimed to extensively pool internal and external resources, provide a valuable platform for its staff members, stimulate the passion of staff members, promote the all-round development of staff members and effectively enhance their initiative, perception of affiliation and loyalty so that every one at Sample Technology will develop together with the company, and enjoy the wisdom, wealth and glory brought by successful teamwork, thus maintaining fast and sustainable development of the enterprise .
Sample Institute is endowed with visions of training professional managers, spreading corporate culture, and becoming the Group’s think tank, and the main purposes of training for successors and cultivation for talented people. By continuously perfecting its course system and evaluation system, the intistute aims to eventuallty bring about successors at different levels in such forms as nomination, public recommendation and competition among staff members and cadres of Sample Technology. External talented people running for the employment shall go through probation of at least six months after receiving the training at Sample Institute of the company, and won’t become successors or candidates of successors until they have passed the examination. The recruits receiving professional training or continuing education training shall not go to work until having obtained certificates issued by Sample (Group) Institute.
After the establishment, Sample Institute will endeavor to build a solid training platform, create an environment of sustainable study, conduct cultivation for competitive talented people and advance the realization of corporate operation targets and strategies.
